1. Om villkoren
Dessa villkor gäller när du besöker astaria.se, kontaktar oss eller använder tjänster som tillhandahålls av Astaria ("Astaria", "vi"). Genom att använda webbplatsen eller våra tjänster godkänner du villkoren. Om du inte godkänner dem ska du inte använda webbplatsen.
2. Våra tjänster
Astaria erbjuder virtuella receptionister, automation och relaterade tjänster till företag. Vad som ingår, pris, omfattning och tidplan för en leverans regleras i ett separat avtal, en offert eller en orderbekräftelse. Om något i ett sådant dokument avviker från dessa villkor gäller dokumentet för den aktuella leveransen.
3. Användning av webbplatsen
Du får använda webbplatsen för lagliga ändamål. Du får inte försöka störa eller obehörigt ta dig in i webbplatsen eller våra system, skicka skadlig kod, samla in uppgifter automatiskt i stor skala eller använda webbplatsen på ett sätt som kan skada oss eller andra.
4. Uppgifter du lämnar
Du ansvarar för att de uppgifter du lämnar till oss är korrekta och att du har rätt att lämna dem. Hur vi behandlar personuppgifter framgår av vår integritetspolicy.
5. Immateriella rättigheter
Allt innehåll på webbplatsen, som texter, bilder, varumärken, logotyper och programkod, tillhör Astaria eller våra licensgivare och skyddas av upphovsrätt och andra immateriella rättigheter. Du får inte kopiera, ändra, sprida eller på annat sätt utnyttja innehållet utan vårt skriftliga medgivande, utöver vad som krävs för normal användning av webbplatsen.
6. Ansvar
Webbplatsen och informationen på den tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi strävar efter att innehållet ska vara korrekt och webbplatsen tillgänglig, men lämnar inga garantier för att den är felfri, oavbruten eller lämplig för ett visst ändamål. Informationen är allmän och utgör inte rådgivning.
I den utsträckning lagen tillåter ansvarar Astaria inte för indirekta skador, såsom utebliven vinst, förlorad data eller andra följdskador, som uppstår genom användning av webbplatsen. För tjänster som vi levererar enligt avtal gäller de ansvarsbegränsningar som anges i avtalet. Inget i dessa villkor begränsar ansvar som enligt tvingande lag inte får begränsas.
7. Länkar till andra webbplatser
Webbplatsen kan länka till tredje parts webbplatser och tjänster. Vi ansvarar inte för deras innehåll eller hur de hanterar personuppgifter.
8. Ändringar
Vi kan ändra webbplatsen, våra tjänster och dessa villkor när som helst. Den senaste versionen finns alltid på den här sidan, och ändringar gäller från det datum de publiceras. Fortsatt användning efter en ändring innebär att du godkänner de nya villkoren.
9. Tillämplig lag och tvister
Svensk lag gäller för dessa villkor. Tvister ska i första hand lösas genom dialog. Kan parterna inte enas avgörs tvisten av svensk allmän domstol. Om du är konsument har du rätt till de skyddsregler som gäller enligt tvingande konsumentlagstiftning.

1. About these terms. These terms apply when you visit astaria.se, contact us or use services provided by Astaria ("Astaria", "we"). By using the website or our services you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
2. Our services. Astaria offers virtual receptionists, automation and related services to businesses. Scope, price and timing of a delivery are set in a separate agreement, quote or order confirmation. Where such a document differs from these terms, it governs that delivery.
3. Use of the website. You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems, transmit malicious code, scrape data at scale, or use the website in a way that could harm us or others.
4. Information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the right to give it. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property. All content on the website, including text, images, trademarks, logos and code, belongs to Astaria or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit it without our written consent, beyond what is needed for normal use of the website.
6. Liability. The website and its information are provided "as is". We aim for accurate content and an available website, but give no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. The information is general and is not advice. To the extent permitted by law, Astaria is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, arising from use of the website. For services we deliver under an agreement, the limitations of liability in that agreement apply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
7. Third-party links. The website may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.
8. Changes. We may change the website, our services and these terms at any time. The latest version is always on this page and changes apply from the date they are published. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law and disputes. Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes should first be resolved by dialogue; if the parties cannot agree, they are decided by the Swedish general courts. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory consumer law.
